This means investigators will have to uncheck this checkbox if they wish to export all sections to the same file.įinally, select the folder to send the exported data to, name the report, state the file type, and click Export to complete. In the Common tab, investigators have the ability to access font and security settings and adjust the display of certain data in XLSX and HTML reports. With version 13.3, investigators can also adjust thumbnail size in PDF and RTF reports. The Sections tab offers a more detailed approach to filtering the categories that are to be included or excluded from the report. Click on a section of interest to view and edit the list of fields to export. From there, investigators can set the order of fields and sections in accordance with the priorities and needs of their investigation.įile format options are available within the Files tab. Use this section to view and edit the file extensions associated with each category as well as the destination folder for the export. If the investigation requires data within a specific timeframe, go to the Date filters tab.
